We supply on hire quality traditional marquees and related equipment suitable for any occasion such as weddings, celebrations, parties, work and corporate functions, shows and events with room to cater for up to 1000 guests seated.
Our Marquees
Our marquees range in sizes from 15’ up to 40’ wide, and can be as long as required. So there is no doubt that we will have a marquee to suit your requirements. All of our marquees are traditional style. We manufacture them using traditional cotton canvas. The canvas has modern waterproofing and flame retardant properties.
By manufacturing the marquees ourselves we can always ensure the customer will get top quality stock.
We are accredited members of MUTA the Marquee and Tent Association, raising standards in the industry since 1919 muta.org.uk.
Our Interlinings
To make your special day look even more fantastic and personal to you we offer luxury interlinings within the marquee and tents. As with our marquees, our linings are all manufactured by ourselves, using the best quality lining materials, that meet all flame retardant standards.
These can be subtle but elegant plain ivory finishes or customised to your own colour schemes using our wide range of coloured drapes and valences. Some of these colours include: Royal Blue, Gold, Burgundy, Navy, Ivory, Black, Red, Yellow, Pink and many more.
Our Tents
We have lots of different options of tents to add on to the marquee. We can provide a simple service tent area for the use of your caterers. Band, bar and entrance tents are nice little add-ons without taking space up in your marquee. These tents are easily joined together to the main marquee and are interchangeable. They can be left separate with a small doorway through, or completely open to provide a small alcove area.
We offer covered walkways to and from the marquee. These offer protection for your guests from the weather and also give a nice entrance look to the marquee.
Our Lighting
Why not let us worry about the lighting on your special day.
Our starlight roof sections can be used with the ivory linings. They add a touch of style and fun to the marquee. These roof sections give a black backdrop and have the starlight effect with lots of small LED´s (light emitting diode). With the use of the controller the lights can be dimmed, left static or increased in speed to give your own funky disco effect.
We also offer a wide variety of lighting within the marquee. From simple floodlights for festivals, to parties with wedding spec chandeliers, fairy lighting through the marquee ceiling, ball and up lighters.
Our chandeliers offer a touch of class to the marquee with either the plain marquee backdrop or the luxury lining finish.
Our festoon ball lighting creates a fun party atmosphere, or change the mood with our up-lighters by giving a warm glow to the sides of the marquee, these can be used with our range of coloured filters to change the normal colour to the colour of your choice.
All styles of lighting come with dimmer controls as standard.
Our Flooring & Dancefloors
We can lay traditional coconut matting on the floors of our marquees. Along with a plastic membrane underneath give a good, solid, warm and water repellent finish to the marquee. The matting is very hard wearing and can be used on a variety of surfaces. It is secured in place and cleaned with every job and has been tested in accordance with Flammability BS4790. We can also supply and lay outside matting for walkways to ensure a clean and trip hazard free surface.
We can also fully carpet the marquees with a wide choice of colours. We find carpets tend to lay a lot better on flat and clean surfaces, or very short grass. A board floor would be required (prior to carpeting) if the ground surface is not suitable for carpet.
Whether you have a rolling stones tribute band or a disco, our dance floors are a must. They provide a flat, clean and robust surface for you to get on your dancing shoes and try out your best moves. Our dance floors are secured to the floor and we ensure that they are polished and buffed with each hire.
Our staging is made of the same material as our dance floors only raised higher off of the ground. These are solid and robust constructions. They offer the crowd a better view of your chosen band and can be an excellent platform for readings and speech making.
We can also fully board floor our marquees for added security against the weather. Once matted or carpeted over they give a fantastic finish to the marquee.

Other Accessories
We can take care of your power requirements for any function. We can install a temporary 63-amp power supply coming from a mains power source. Using temporary supply cable we can bring power into the marquee via a distribution board. We will also install all sockets for the band, disco, bar, lighting and caterers etc.
Lets face it, the last thing people want to feel at your function is to be cold. Unless its mid summer the temperature can drop, especially at night. A cold guest will result in them feeling uncomfortable and could lead to them leaving early.
We fit large blow heaters into our marquees that pump in warm air. These are controlled by a separate thermostat situated inside the marquee and will come on and off as and when needed. It results in a hassle free evening.
